Born and raised in Louisville, Chris graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a secondary major in Finance and was also a member of the University’s Honors Program, which includes advanced course material in fine arts and humanities. Chris obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he was an Editor for the Kentucky Law Journal and graduated in the top of his class.
Chris has been an Associate with PPOM since passing the bar in October of 2004. Before then, he clerked for PPOM during the summers of 2003 and 2004. Chris currently focuses his practice on premises liability defense, motor vehicle liability defense, construction liability defense, and professional liability defense. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, Louisville Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Defense Research Institute.
Chris is married to the former Jennifer Herr of Charleston, West Virginia. When not practicing law, Chris enjoys reading (primarily history), traveling, and supporting University of Kentucky athletics. |
