Nick was born in Louisville and raised in Danville, Kentucky. In 2004, he graduated from Colorado College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics, with a Minor in American History. At CC, he was a member of the Club Hockey Team and an active member in the student government. Nick obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2007. While in law school, Nick was a member of the Kentucky Law Journal and served as Notes Editor. He was also a member of the Moot Court Board and the National Moot Court Team.
After clerking at PPOM for two summers, Nick became an Associate in October of 2007. He is a member of the Kentucky, Indiana, and Louisville Bar Associations. In addition to Indiana and Kentucky state courts, Nick is also admitted to practice before the United State District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky. Nick currently focuses his practice in the areas of professional liability defense, mass tort defense, and products liability defense.
In his free time, Nick enjoys playing softball, golf, hockey, and fantasy football. He also enjoys following the development of independent music in Kentucky. |
