Paul originally is from Louisville, Kentucky, and received his undergraduate and M.S. Ed. Degrees in Psychology from the University of Kentucky. He obtained his Juris Doctor Degree at the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville, where he was a member and editor of the Journal of Family Law.
Paul joined PPOM in 1999. He practices primarily in the area of litigation. His work concentrates on construction defect, commercial motor vehicle, personal motor vehicle, personal injury, insurance coverage and commercial/business litigation. Paul is licensed to practice in Kentucky and Indiana, and is a member of the American, Kentucky, Indiana and Louisville Bar Associations, the Defense Research Institute, Kentucky Justice Association and the Kentucky Defense Counsel. |
