AV Peer Review Rated

Bill was born on May 4, 1927 in Cincinnati, Ohio.  He grew up across the Ohio River in Newport, Kentucky.  He obtained his law degree from the University of Louisville in 1950.  He then went into practice with the law firm of Boehl Stopher Graves & Diendorfer in Louisville, where he remained for the next 49 years and rose to managing partner.  Bill headed his own litigation section at Boehl Stopher and was widely regarded as the most fearsome trial lawyer in the Commonwealth of Kentucky if not the region.  Not only did Bill achieve greatness as a litigator, he cultivated and mentored a number of fine trial lawyers along the way.

PPOM was honored to have Bill join the firm from the beginning as Of Counsel where he remains today.  While Bill has slowed his practice over the years, he continues admitted to bar, 1950, Kentucky. Education: University of Louisville (LL.B.). Phi Alpha Delta. Member: Louisville, Kentucky and American Bar Associations. Fellow, American College of Trial Lawyers. Practice Areas: Medical Malpractice Defense.
