Bill was born in Lexington, Kentucky but raised in Danville, Kentucky. He graduated from Centre College in 1959 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He obtained his law degree from Vanderbilt University in 1961, where he was a member of the Vanderbilt Law Review. Bill joined the law firm of Boehl Stopher Graves & Diendorfer in 1961 and remained there until 1999 when he accepted the invitation to join PPOM as Of Counsel. Bill maintains primarily an appellate practice. He also handles probate and trust and estate matters. Bill is admitted to practice before the state courts of Kentucky, as well as before the United States District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Kentucky; the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth and Seventh Circuits; and the United States Supreme Court. Bill is also a member of the Louisville, Kentucky and American Bar Associations. |
